Kookboek bij voedselovergevoeligheid
My book full of recipes, tips & trics for people who have food allergies and intolerances is almost ready for print!
The book contains all sorts of recipes (like cake, pasta, salads, cookies, ice-cream and more) which are mainly free of gluten, fish, eggs, milk, peanuts, nuts, sesame, soy and food additives. It was such a pleasure to work on this book, I am a little bit sad it is almost finished...but on the other hand I can finally share it with you! Enjoy cooking and eating!
